This is from the Lebanon Democrat. "There are no coaches or teams. The building and athletic facilities are still under construction. But the future Green Hill High School will have a district and region home for most of its athletic programs when it opens in August, according to a Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association press release sent out Tuesday morning. The school has requested membership in TSSAA, whose Board of Control will meet at 9 a.m. today at its Hermitage headquarters to vote on that and other matters. School officials have told TSSAA some 1,200 students in grades 9-12 are expected to enroll at the new school." - By Andy Reed areed@lebanondemocrat.com https://www.lebanondemocrat.com/lebanon/sports/green-hill-high-applies-for-tssaa-membership/article_93c827f7-5bb7-555d-8c53-fd96699d5357.html
workinprogress
This will be a good job. MJMS will feed the new school and I think the right coach can make them competitive right away. I think they will hire a younger energetic coach with maybe some proven more experienced assistants.
Verb58
If you are going to stay in County, Greg Abner is the right hire for the job.

workinprogress
Interesting name. Wonder if Ms. Abner would coach basketball? I'm sure several good coaches will be interested.
TheSpoon
Rumor is they already have a coach who has previous experience in the district...
workinprogress
Spoon I don't think it's a rumor. Most of the time the admin already know who they want. If there are interviews to be had its for assistant coaches.
