To get a jump start on next season I wanted to get the word out that the 10th Annual Ed Cressel Classic will be taking place on January 8-9, 2021 at Virginia High School. This year we hosted 39 teams from 5 different states and had an amazing tournament with some tough competition. Next season we are looking to open the tournament even more and add an additional 2 mats in our auxiliary gym. We will allow teams to enter all backups and run the tournament as 64 man brackets if necessary. We run a great tournament, keep things running smoothly, and we get things done as quickly as we possibly.  We also have great facilities and a top notch coaches hospitality.  Results for this past year's tournament can be found at trackwrestling.com.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at jshuler@bvps.org.

      I assume with the hiring situation they are in, and pretty much everyone is in for that matter, he will call the defense. I think he brought someone in to do the offense. I have heard that it is a Skelton crew over there at the moment. It's just so difficult to hire coaches for anyone really. I hope he can get some guys in there.

      I heard it was a Loudon County school. I don't think LC will be hurting. They are about to build an indoor facility that will put Clinton's to shame

      the news story said that the contract between the operator of the school and the school board was expiring and was not going to be renewed.  The news story also reported that the students would be going to Trezevant as that is the closest Shelby county school.
