After a terrible first quarter, we played some Gibson County basketball the next 3. We got hot on the outside and it started raining threes. Good game Lady Pioneers...on to the next.

If Union City plays their game, they will give Gibson County all they want.  Gibson Co. will have the home court advantage for sure.  Hopefully it's a physical game and the refs let's them play.  Should be a good game.

I know Union City is a good team, and this is not a diss on them because I like what Reedy is doing there, but how was the game with Peabody that close?

Well it could be, Gibson County and Greenfield Rematch. Yes sir. I love it. 

I really can’t believe Shawn Stephenson did what he did last week, it back fired. Disappointed in him as a coach.

He lost my respect. GC turned it on date quarter 1. Gleason didn’t have an answer. Maybe he learned his lesson.

Gibson County matched up well with Gleason. Hart sat out most of the first half with 2 quick terrible offensive fouls that she actually made both shots. They were up 8 points at one point in the first half and they slowed it down. That didn’t work at all because GC matched up well. Gleason has talent and IMO needs to play more uptempo and press. Atkins played well and had us on the ropes. Union City is a good team and will be a big challenge.

They were terrible in the first half... stayed out of the game in the second half...

Gleason kinda had us on the ropes for a minute and let off the gas. Played in our favor.
