I like having 5 playoff games, I don't like having six D-1 classes. Constriction would help, but it will never happen.

I went back and looked that 3rd round match up was 42-0. They definitely didn’t challenge you. I assume you didn’t realize we were talking playoffs and you were referring to the regular season match up??

Yes Reg season. And you are correct. We weren’t challenged in the regular season. Definitely not from anyone in Blount Co. I’m glad that this is the last year of 6A (hopefully if Covid don’t screw this up too) Then we can play Powell, Central and OR again  maybe have more competition. And we won’t hVe to travel so far for regular season games.

Looking like Governor Lee may have screwed the pooch on the Maryville and Alcoa this year. Can't see them playing for at least three weeks after the 30th of August but like I said in earlier post I have doubts on no season at all. But remember it's fine to go down to the Dollar General and stand in line 3 inches apart but a football game, No Siree.
