With all that's going on, do you think we'll play basketball this fall.  Do we just play with teams and coaches, but no fans ?  I did not think this a few weeks ago, but the way this is playing out I'm wondering.  This time in our days is hard to believe and even imagine.

All's good; however, it all depends on our  new, now existing enemies agenda in our own country , the" American media,  the homeland enemy!

Oh me that going little toooo far

When the media starts acting like they are on our side, I will not have them thoughts. When one side of the media and Congress are defending the WHO, who has a great relationship with China, what else are you supposed to think? WHO said there was no human to human transmission while people were dropping like flies in China. How could you take up for them? Man I have watched this stuff for a while and if you don’t like Trump that is your business but I voted for him and will again, but these clowns in Washington have proved they will do any thing to get Trump out or to make him look bad. If you think the Democrats wants this stuff to end, you are sadly mistaken. And I have Democratic friends and we have freedom to vote who you want to vote for, but man what is going on now is really really sad.

They better not have caused this because Summertown would have won softball state championship and that would make me mad oh wait wrong thread lol

I can believe it. I really like their basketball program. They will be their next year with bells on. GC and Summertown remind me a lot of each other. They must have a really good Jr. High and middle school.

sports so important at young age / have only few that make it in hs but they are well schooled in their chosen sport ( basics already there ) and most play travel ball - that’s why if look at their lineup the cupboard rarely bare  ( course have superstar every once in a while - like Weathers  at Loretto ) that takes team to another level

They are very fundamental. I was watching them warm up in the semi-game with Huntingdon and they all look like players. Thought y’all were good enough to win it. Just played a tough team and ball didn’t bounce your way. Happens to the best of us. You guys and Clarkrange will be my top two pre-season with Loretto close behind. Loretto is losing quite a bit but I heard Weathers has a little sister maybe this year right?

You are exactly right. Hope Americans wake to these socialists trying to take over at all costs.

Not at big sister’s abilities yet but she can help ( youngest Brazier handled her in middle school before she called up to varsity last year )

    • Shopping? His family is loaded and he's 6'6 I'm pretty sure he could start anywhere in upper East TN,So no need to shop. Word is Witten got caught trying to work him out on campus and some 7 on 7 while playing athletics for Sullivan East. Word got around pretty quick and Someone turned them into TSSAA.
    • Quick update on Jacob -  Jacob celebrated his 16th birthday at Vanderbilt on Tuesday and has been in decent spirits.  His sense of humor has begun to show as he was visited by many friends.  He is swallowing a lot better now and has eaten some of his favorites (Chik-Fil-A and Five Guys).   He is getting prepared to head to Atlanta to the Shepherd Center first thing tomorrow morning.  His family has been waiting on insurance approval. In case you dont know the Shepherd Center it a world class facility and supposedly one of the best in the country for spinal injury rehab.  Praying for perfect results there. Considering the circumstances, Jacob is in decent spirits.  He has some reflexive movement in his legs which I think is probably a very positive sign.  Don't read too much into that just yet as there is no telling what the real prognosis is... just hopeful that is good thing.  I am really just happy that it seems like he has a punchers chance of getting something back.  He is a strong young man and very determined so I think he will fight as hard as he can in physical therapy while down in Atlanta. More than one of you has asked me about an address to send donations.  I know GoFundMe isn't for everyone.  If you want to go that route, you can make a check to "Blackman Wrestling Club" and we will pass anything received directly to the Kinderdines.   Jacob Kinderdine c/o Blackman Wrestling 4836 Trevino Court Murfreesboro, TN  37128 Also, want to thank everyone who has donated so far.  Jacobs dad will take a month off work and stay in Atlanta with him.  They need to learn how to take care of him and do home therapy work..... and surely Jacob will be glad his dad can be there.  All that could not happen without you all.  Depending on what happens, they will probably end up doing some home remodeling in order to accommodate Jacob at their home.  Thanks again. Here's a pic I lifted from Facebook of Jacob on Oxy talking to his Uncle.  LOL
