When is Lee signing order 55?

My understanding is contact cannot begin until Governor Lee signs executive order 55 permitting contact.

Any time frame announced for when that will happen?   I can't find any info on it.

I've got Coaches contacting me asking me if it's okay to start full contact and I can't find anything saying it is yet on TSSAA website.   I did find one story in a Cleveland newspaper that says he signed the order on Tuesday, but it also says practice can begin on August 3rd.    I'm so confused:

Until it shows up there I wouldn't do it. From what online news outlets are saying he is supposed to do it today so it could start today. Obviously I could be wrong but I wouldn't chance it. At least until it shows up there.

In the Blount County paper Coach Rankin said he "guesses" they can start Monday.But that's not concrete in my opinion.

A good rule of thumb is to find out when Milan started in pads and then start a week later.

Monday is the last day it can be done as that's the "official" start day of the season. If not done Monday the way I understand it is we would have to look at rearranging the season and go with plan Hybrid that was previously voted on.
