This is a a travesty.  I've seen them in person twice.  It will be either them or MBA representing the west.  Tougher competition (in my opinion) than CBHS.  I'm going out on a limb and say that JP2 beats CBHS by double digits.  JP2 finally showed they can pass the ball when the box is stacked.

They may be 4-0, but a writeup we saw said in week 2 they won by a touchdown, but it took them 7 turnovers to get there.  We'll see after the game this week just how good 4-0 shows.

That was the LA game.  I was there but left at the first rain delay close to halftime.  The DB had an INT and 2 fumbles in 1st half.  Things must have changed in the second half as I believe JP2 was up 2 scores.  JRB will need to check me on that.  LA had played  Brentwood Academy the week prior.  They are a solid D2-AA program in my opinion that will only get better.

Yes, it was the LA game. Pope was up 28-7 well into the 4th quarter. LA is getting good skilled players and will be a really good D2-AA program.

CBHS clearly the better team. Roberts for Pope has been in a cast for 2 weeks so far from 100%. The RB from CBHS is legit.  I heard he has an offer from THE Ohio State Univ. Pre-season I said JP2's D was the question mark and they got exposed last night.

Dallan Hayden from CBHS is strong and has offers from Tennessee, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and many others. Defensive lineman number 65 is a strong player for CBHS as well. Both are high D1 level players. Good win for the Brothers. JP II has a strong team. Run the ball better and better D will go a long way. Best of luck to our brother Catholic school in Middle Tennessee JP II.

So much for your prediction. CBHS is a good football team that needs to improve throwing the ball and pass defense.

Not the first time I've been wrong and I can promise you it won't be the last.  Good win for CBHS.  According to my prediction, that means MBA takes the west.
