Cleveland falls in OT to a very young talented Cookeville team last night.   It was a great game and within 2-3 pts the entire game.  Cleveland was really good in half court sets but Cookeville played their best game all year.  McGowan is a baller.   A little too cocky for me but he could back it up.  He made some huge shots but they struggled on the defensive side of the ball.   If you are going to rock that hair style you better be good!  And he's good!

East Hamilton is the best team at the moment. Cleveland isn’t looking good.

EH and Cleveland will battle for the regular season district title in a pair of games this coming week. Winner also will host a potential  rematch in the District Championship game. EH will need to win both games.

I think EH has been the better team thus far, and they pose some matchup problems with their size. Cleveland will have to shoot it well from 3 to win. Hopefully they can get one of the games.

That is a fair assessment.  I saw where Cleveland dropped the second game with Bearden from their schedule.  What's up with that?

Idk, we’ve had a lot of games dropped from our schedule. Both the Maryville games, Siegel, Hamilton Heights. Been a crazy season. I guess making up district games took priority.

I was shocked at the score.  Was EH at full strength?  I know Cleveland has the shooters to put up 80, but did not see that coming
