Yep.....and the TSSAA has to choose what they do very carefully because they will have to enforce whatever they decide as protocol for the remainder of the playoffs or there will be more attorneys involved......nothing would surprise me at this point.

The sad part about it is how accurate are these test?  How can Elon Musk 3 days ago get tested four times, Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse.  How can someone test positive one day and negative the next?  I think there are a lot more false positives than people may think.

Probably wouldn't be the first time someone hired a lawyer to vindicate their right to get beat up, but I'd think it is fairly unusual.
