Come on now 26 give respect where it is due.  That's an inaccurate statement.  Pearl-Cohn scored 56 and it felt like it could have been 76 honestly.  On the other side of the ball however Stewart County did move the football and put Pearl-Cohn's defensive backfield in bad situations.  It kind of reminded me of the early stages of their first game against East Nashville.  I saw that Pearl-Cohn sat the Griffin kid #64.  I haven't paid enough attention to them on the films I've watched to notice that they weren't playing anyone else.

All credit due because them boys came to play.

Thats bs SC scored 14 points legit and the third score straight out of a timeout.  Also SC had a score taken off of the board due to a bad call on a kid who was about the sack the QB if he wasn't blocked.  Yalls defense aint as good as yall been beating your chest saying this year and it got exposed last night.  SC had guys running open all over the place last night.  The old Cheatham County coach was there last night and he said Milan will beat Pearl because Pearl is terrible in secondary.  Its gonna be hard for anyone to score on Pearl if the refs keep helping yall because they are scared of your kind rioting at the games.  Pearl beat a bunch of bad coached Nashville teams.  Giles and Fairview wasnt very good this year and thats why Stewart beat them both.  Milan is about to beat yall.

Thanks for your opinions

What about touchdown the refs kept alive after a fumble recovery but called BS targeting call on us. So let's not act like refs didn't play apart in Stewart TD. But we knew coming into game that refs would try to help Stewart. Stewart scored 20 points so what! Congrats to Stewart County on good season.

What kind of offense did Stewart run?  Just curious.

I attended the game and left in the 4th. From what I seen 64,19 and the center was out. I’m not all the way positive with their youth but it look like they played with a freshman/sophomore OL which is ridiculous and CRAZY if they did because SC got in the back field a few times. After getting up by 3 the chickens started to put in the back ups back ups in and strength wise couldn’t match and SC scored twice. Seen a lot of players/starters mad and complaining about it. Also seen SC trying their best to break #3 in half.

FB26 just said that they only scored 7 legit points and I said that was incorrect.  I don't share "fly in the ointment" opinions about it but I did say it was incorrect.  I'm just stating facts as a fan of the game last night.

I've done many things to support Coach Brunetti and PC through the years.  The city, state, world, and universe is not against you or out to get you contrary to popular opinion.

The refs didn't help Stewart County.  If the refs were partial to anyone last night it wasn't Stewart County.  They called a "chop block" on a play where the RT cut the DE.  It wasn't outside the box.  It wasn't a high/low situation where another lineman was engaged either.  It was not a chop block.  They called a peel back block on the same RT who had to block back in order to keep his QB upright.  That play erased a TD at the end of the half.  They also called a defensive hold on 4th Down & 16 yards to go on a screen pass to the RB behind the line of scrimmage.

The phantom chop block play is Clip 18 of the HUDL film.  The peel back block was Clip 78 of the HUDL film.  The 4th & 16 defensive hold on the screen was on Clip 91 of the HUDL film.

READ CAREFULLY:  Pearl-Cohn was going to win the game regardless.  That was never disputed.  I can easily cite 3 plays though where the refs did not "help Stewart" as you suggested.

No worries about refs trying to help Milan bc they all literally hate us, especially in our own stadium. Lol

    • He had an opportunity to be the OC at TC without final say in the offensive gameplan. How does that work? Smh. Head Coaches are public figures regardless of the community size, and yes there are some out there, it’s irrelevant and not fair to them to name them on here. Also why is said “head coach” the head coach of the MS baseball program to begin with? Oh because no one wants it. As for the Lebanon question, I know what I’ve been told so just going off here say, some of the boosters were not happy with his roster decisions and wanted him out. Although he lead them to 20+ wins in multiple seasons
    • A head coach in the school system? No I dont think so. Head coaches are public figures in small communities. Not trying to slander, but this is an actual question. Do you know why he was forced to resign at Lebanon? This was his second chance.  He already left trousdale once and had an opportunity to come back a couple of years ago but spoiled that.
    • Are you perfect? Nope no one is, at the end of the day there are several teachers/coaches and even some in the Trousdale County school system that have DUI’s on their record. You’re correct on it being a bad mistake and it unfortunately could have ended horribly. While you consider the consequences minimal, I can assure you they are not. Ultimately I hope and have faith that he will learn from it and use it to better himself.
