Of course, if you your team just doesn't make this announcement (or allow it to be made) then the butthurt Karen's don't matter.  Tough to blame the whistleblower be she a Karen or not, when everyone knows that there is no excuse for allowing this to be said to the team. (If it actually happened.)

It sounds like another group of adults who got caught making decisions they were not qualified to make. I think there was probably a lot of that this year. Hopefully no one was seriously harmed by the ignorance/negligence. It just sux when you get caught.
