District12AA
Nolensville wins the district. Here are the match ups for Regions 1. Nolensville vs. 4. Stewart Co 3. Community vs. 2. East Hickman 2. Forrest vs. 3. Fairview 4. Giles Co. vs 1. Creek Wood Look for District 12aa to win 3 out of 4 with Creek Wood being the only team from 11aa to win. Is 11-AA that weak?

I would say Fairview has a pretty good shot at beating Forrest.
ptguard12
Every first round game is a toss-up, except for Creek Wood and Giles. Creek Wood will win that game easily. Nolensville will not run away from Stewart. That game should be close. Stewart is right there with Creek Wood, when they are 100% healthy, which they haven't been the 2nd half of the season. Stewart will be one of the most physical teams Nolensville has played this year. Guard play advantage goes to Stewart, but post play advantage goes to Nolensville and Piller. If Stewart can push the tempo of the game and make Nolensville have to play fast and get up and down the court, advantage Stewart. If it's a slowed down, half court execution type game, advantage Nolensville. East Hickman and Community could go either way. Two similar looking teams, but with varying styles of play. Fairview can beat Forrest if they can contain Laura Mealer. Fairview doesn't have anyone as athletic as she is (she will be the best overall player on the floor), but does have quick enough guards to stay with her. That presents a match-up problem though, because she is long and can just score over the guards. Fairview's posts are not quick enough to guard her. Fairview has the advantage inside with their post player tandem, and they have the advantage in that they have a true point guard. Forrest relies on Mealer to be the point, the scorer, and the rebounder. They go as she goes---she carries them. District12AA
Not a good night for the district. Community is the only team to squeak by and get a win. First time in a while 12AA sends so many teams home early. I expected Forrest and Nolensville to win.
ladyvol31
Looks like an 11AA match up for the region finals. Creekwood and Stewart.
