Don't know much about basketball across the state. Who are the major players in this tournament?

As for the east...

North Greene has a German that is really tough. Averaging about 30 ppg, has scored close to 1000 points alone this year. Very tough matchup because he can score in so many ways.

Cosby has a kid named Trey Johnson who is really tough to handle. He can shoot it and take you off the dribble. Really good about getting to the foul line.

I can't quite tell from video, but how big is the kid from North Green? Looks like he is 6'5 on film.

They have 2 that are around 6'3 and 6'4. They do not seem as big in person. The Loftis kid can jump out of the gym though (#32). The other one is just real smooth and can score so many ways.

    • Yea, they have Davey quaking in his boots. Someday they'll even have a winning season.
    • Guessing this may have been the closest I can think of...... Bill Harlow: (from wiki) After leaving OSU, Harlow went on to win three national titles in freestyle wrestling.  He won a silver medal at the 1970 World Wrestling Championships, falling to Soviet Gennady Strakhov in the finals at 90 kg.
    • The Simpson brothers had good freestyle careers.

    • Maybe some of the historians can get on here and help me out, but has anybody from Tennessee ever had as much success in an international style as Boykin? The only other Tennessee native I can remember competing for world team spots is the older Boykin in freestyle and he wasn't nearly as close as Nick has been to making world teams.
