Word on the street is that the majority of the staff at SC is leaving. Any thoughts on why this may be happening?

The rumor mill says that he left the program mid year because things were so bad at SC.

The rumor mill also says that Sasquatch exists.  Coach Caudill is a fine young man and is an up and coming successful head coach.

Was not insinuating anything about Caudill. Just wondering if the rumors are true. Can you confirm or deny them?

Rumors are true. Not only are coaches leaving but players are starting to exit as well.

Just because everything seems fine on the surface doesn’t mean things are good when you pull back the layers.  Someone doesn’t walk away during the middle of the season when things are good. And then the entire staff jumps ship once the season ends.

Not sure why but hearing the culture around football program has become toxic so players and coaches are leaving.

Just guessing, but was their an assistant coaching turnover when Coach Caudill got the job? If not, maybe it is occuring now.

Can confirm that only 2 coaches were kept from the previous staff. All of the other coaches were hired by him prior to last season. Says a lot when guys that you hired are leaving after one season. Based on the rumors I have heard, he has lost almost the entire staff.

There is turnover with every staff during a coaching change. From what I hear Caudill got to hire everyone on his staff and there were some that he kept. Pretty much the entire staff he hired is now leaving. Multiple reasons for leaving but 1 common denominator
