Lol. No I wasn't there.  Our girls always play 3 quarters against North greene.  It seems like the last two seasons we give them that 5 to 10 point cushion and just can't get ahead at the end.

They are good there is no doubt about it. Still think you can get to the Boro though and I would have never thought that a month ago.

We are fortunate to be in the opposite bracket of North greene.  But it doesn't guarantee anything.  Unaka and Hampton can beat us on any given night and North greene better be careful too.  I'm confident it will be us four in the semifinals unless Cosby somehow defends the nest against Hampton.  I don't see it.

I hope you all four get in the semi finals. From top to bottom this is the best I've seen that conference be in atleast 5 years.

There should be 2 teams go to state as I think our teams are better than region 2 as well.  It's looking like Oneida is starting to get hot after dropping games to coalfield and sunbright in the regular season, they won the district championship.

Soooooo, since all four District 1 teams won tonight, will they move this region tournament back up this way somewhere?  With the Lady Indians out now, I'd love to catch some of North Greene, Unaka and Cloudland.  I missed Unaka's game with us at the Sullivan East tournament because it was an afternoon game and I had to work.  I saw Hampton at the Arby's Ladies and they're a pretty decent team themselves.

All the teams but North Greene voted to bring it back to Happy Valley for the regional. Can't say I blame NG. Supposedly the other teams are gonna appeal it because it has to be a unanimous decision unless the tssaa weighs in

Yeah, I guess Morristown is a tad bit closer drive than Carter County for the folks from Baileyton.

Well considering NG had to make multiple trips to Carter County this year I think their schools will be just fine driving to Morristown.
