3A 2021 PRESEASON RANKINGS

I found a website with pre-season rankings for 3A football.

Their rankings are:

Preseason Top 15 Team Rankings

1. Alcoa

2. Covington

3. East Nashville

4. Loudon

5. Stewart County

6. Pigeon Forge

7. Fairview

8. Gatlinburg-Pittman

9. White House

10. Ripley

11. Waverly

12. Kingston

13. Memphis East

14. Stratford

15. Giles County

I would be interested to see some discussion of their pre-season evaluations. As a Covington fan, I like being recognized, but it's a little early for us to get a ranking that high, I think. I'm very surprised that Dyersburg is not in their top 15. I understand that they are expected to be pretty tough.

I don’t know about this one. White House in the top 15?  I don’t think we’re #3 material at the moment. We lost some gamers!

White House must be vastly improved from the team we (Trousdale) saw last year.

The site ranks Waverly 188 out of 345 public and private teams. The site also has a match-up tool if you'd like to play with that.
