I have watched the footage on this contest for many weeks dating back to the 7v7 passing tournament that Coach Lowe held at his place this summer. I am expecting the Powell Panthers to take advantage

Yeah. Not a good look when the officials have to have a conference to decide if it was a fumble or not. 

Not a good night for that officials crew across the board.

I'll give Cummings some credit though. He clearly watched Powell's film from the Clinton game. They sat back in a 2 or 3-deep zone a lot tonight, and they dared Potts to either find those soft spots or to take shots down the field. They also did a nice job spying him.

Scott is a really smart football guy, and his DC is sharp, as well.

If he was so good why didn’t he win more playoff games at Cleveland. You were ready to erect a statue for the guy and name the stadium after him at West the week they played. It's called unapproved website. Look it up. I also live on the Tennessee Prep Football database. My wife and I retired to Farragut about ten years ago and our kids are grown now. We used to go watch west Knoxville schools when we first moved because we missed going to games. The anti-MJ bias on here is revolting but my love for prep football won't be extinguished by a few users' negativity.

I'm ignorant on this, probably because I don't follow a lot of mid-state threads, but what is this anti-MJ bias you speak of? There is a notorious MJ poster here that did a lot of smack talking prior to re-classification, so maybe he's drawn the ire of some folks on here?

BTW, I just moved to Farragut last year myself.

      Track has always been big at OR. Ran off about 7 straight titles in the 60s. Your hate for Gaddis runs deep, huh? What did he ever do to you, to make you disdain him that much? You can’t seem to stop talking about the guy. He’s living rent free in your head. Might wanna get that checked out. Not good to go to the grave with that in your heart.

      This late in the year, you’d have to think they’d go with an Asst. on staff, right? I’m pretty new to the area so still learning how folks do things around here…if Woods stays there to teach, it could be hard on a new guy/staff coming in…

      It’s not hearsay, just patently false. As one of those young coaches he apparently “ran off”, coach never once ridiculed or degraded anyone. Sure he challenged kids and coached them very hard,  but we have different definitions of you call that degrading. Coach Hammontree changed my life when he gave me the chance to work for him. I learned more about being a man and caring for the people around me in 4 years working for him than I did in 20 years of my life. No one sacrificed more than he did. I left Heritage because I felt there would never be the support necessary to help the program succeed. I’m tired of hearing people drag others down especially those they truly don’t know. Coach has moved on and a new coach is there. Just let the man live and root for the team.
