Does the Monterey loss to Bledsoe have any impact on the region standings?

Yes. Potentially a 3 way tie for first in the region. Rockwood over Oneida, Monterey over Rockwood, Oneida over Monterey so overall record comes into play. Barring an upset it will likely end up Rockwood, Oneida, Monterey, York   The first 3 would all be 4-1 in region. Both Oneida and Rockwood would finish above Monterey due to having 7 (or possibly 8 for Oneida) wins to Monterey 6. Then Rockwood and Oneida (both 4-1 in region) would go to head to head so Rockwood takes first. Us and Rockwood never got to overall record tie breaker so the win/loss at coalfield was made irrelevant by the Bledsoe win. Had Monterey won Oneida could have placed 1st with a win at coalfield (3 way region tie and split up head to head would’ve went to overall wins and Oneida would’ve took that IF they could get a win at coalfield). The Oakdale game for Rockwood and the Bledsoe game for Monterey both were out of region games that made a huge difference in our region. Coalfield could’ve been the same way had Monterey won. That being said a York win over Rockwood changes the whole picture again. IF that happens the it would be Oneida, Monterey, York, Rockwood I believe. Still some very important games to play Friday.
