Not sure why the Coach comment came in play here, but my record is pretty consistent with not being a coach but an alum of Powell. If JJ is here, I can assure it isn't me.

Johnny U, I was just messing around.  But for real, one time we did have a coach posting on here, and several of us knew without a doubt it was a well known coach.  When somebody called him coach, he came back and posted this, " I can assure you that I am no coach".   Another poster quoted that and said, "I'd say that's right."  It was hilarious.

I'm sure there are several here to check the pulse of what is being said. It was a baseball coach years ago who told me about the site as his name was brought up for an opening. Believe my only post for the state game was that the Page kid couldn't look at Walter in eye during the coin toss after calling him out.

I will come back and eat crow if I am wrong, but you would think that KCS would require him to at the very least be involved in the building as a TA in order to approve the hire. Who will manage all of the academics/discipline/culture/recruiting/etc during the school day while JJ is out doing... well whatever he does during the day?

Tough to imagine anyone will. Apparently those issues haven't occurred to the hiring committee.

While I don't know how many coaches post here, I can assure you all that many of them do monitor this site often.  

It's like a train wreck - obviously you don't like that it happened, but you just can't look away from it.
