TCA will have problems guarding Madison. Goehring, Lee and Vailes are as good a trio as anyone around here, but who will guard her is the question. GC pulls away from a close game in the second half and wins by 13.

GC at TCA will be a dogfight and is where I will be. TCA a solid team and they are at home.

Good game between GC/TCA.    GC pretty much controlled entire game.    Pushed it to double figures and held it there for most of the game.  Got to 18-20 at one point.   Probably learned a little lesson by taking the foot off the gas against a good team and let TCA get back close and put some pressure on them late.  But in the end GC was too much.

Wasn’t an insult….  But they were in control and up 18 pts or so mid way through the 3rd quarter and got sloppy.

I will give TCA credit for coming back. They are a solid team. I don’t know what Tipton Rosemark or Northpoint has this year but TCA could very likely make it to the state and be the best team on this side of the river. Reason GC won the game is they have no one to guard Madison. Bottom line. I thought GC was getting to the rim but wasn’t getting the calls in the second half. On the other hand I seen GC getting away with some fouls against TCA in the first half. Thought the refs were very inconsistent. One possession they call a touch foul and another possession players get took to the floor and no call. Hard for players to get in any rhythm like that. Call it one way or the other but don’t be washy washy on contact. TCA is a good team. Lots of talent on both teams.

You are spot on!
It was a good game in the 1st and 4th quarter. Gibson Co dominated the 2nd and 3rd quarter. Gibson County was in control from start to finish. TCA just don’t have post play from what I watched tonight.

Those Rich City girls were only down by four after one quarter of action and those Rich City girls actually won the third and fourth quarters. Gibson County dominated the second quarter. As the final difference was only six points, those rich city girls hung pretty well.
