Peabody should have stayed in 2A imo.

What a game. Definitely worth the price of admission here. Congrats to the rebels.  Cassidy and Taylor were out of their minds tonight.

For Peabody there's a few plays you can point to that made the difference in this one. The secondary breakdown that left Taylor open down the middle for the long TD catch was brutal. The muffed punt turnover was a killer. A couple questionable penalties came at unfortunate times.

Despite all that, they still had the ball with a chance to win the game at the end. Imo, the play calling after the Tide crossed midfield on that last drive really put the nail in the coffin.. really had me scratching my head on some of those..

Incredible ballgame! It absolutely lived up to the hype.  And many of us anticipated this game would happen after last years game. 
 

Sad someone had to lose. I respect Peabody and I found Coach Jacobs after the game and shook his hand.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THESE REBELS!!!!!!!!!! that was another classic game!!! these boys have deleted the defending 1A champs and the 3 time defending 2A champs in the last 2 weeks!!!!! that says it all, but still got one more game!!! I like our chances, this is a special bunch on a mission. congrats to Trenton on a hard fought game, y'all have a great group!!!! just think it meant to be for these REBS!!!!!!! AWESOME game tonight on both sides!!!!!!!
