No. Not necessarily. Maybe worded that wrong. Just saying with new staff coming in I hope they utilize the best players available where needed, replacing this years seniors or moving positions if needed.

You know, assuming you hire an HC from outside, I wonder how I would feel standing for the first time before a team and coaching staff who just won a state title, and played for one the year before, minus one person in the room- me?

I'll answer this for you.You would be smiling from ear to ear!Talent at SP is always there,sometimes like 2014 when the talent is down and the parents get involved it can cause an internal issue just like anywhere else BUT this SP team has some very good talent waiting in the wings and with the only Coach (Ryan) in the East that could challenge and beat SP gone and the rest is down and will be for a while other than Gordy,this Pitt team "should" be back in Chatt again.So outside or inside the next coach has a heads up on the rest of us over here.

I'm hoping we play for many more regardless of who is the head coach in the room.

Agree with a lot of what you said but you had a few teams that had more talent than anyone in the East too. I didn’t think the 2021 SP team had what it took to do what they did but were all glad they did.
