Be tough if he doesn't know coaches in this area to bring in to help.

Advantage of having to staff a whole new school is there is room for the new coach to bring people with him. Not saying this will happen just that it would be easier in this situation than in most when a new coach is hired.

You have to place the teachers already in the county first. THEN you can fill spots according to the number of additional students you have. Say you currently have 1500 kids, but then 400 are moved to the new school. That means 400 students worth of teachers are changing schools with them. You don't open a new school with a blank slate. No, not blank but definitely more positions available than if it was an already established school.

Again, it depends on those teachers already in the county that are displaced and what they teach. There are only so many health and PE spots. Got to have some coaches that teach an academic subject. Always have coaches to choose from especially at a new school. Young coaches and older coaches that wanna a change of scenery.
GordonBombay
A few new schools have had quick success. Has to help Liberty Creek seem appealing to coaches searching for new homes

If he is to accept the job, will he have more success than when Station Camp brought in a hall of fame coach to do the same thing when they opened? Time will tell. Hall of fame coach when they opened?? Liberty Creek is now the “darling” of Sumner Co.
