Great to hear, family is doing really well ,slew of people have reached out to help,a lot of good caring people in this world.

That’s good to hear. Saw on the NC message board that Avery is interested in the family. That Paul Johnson is wanted to get the right coach in there. Here is the post.

“He did interview for the job. I’m not an Avery fan but know people in the program. They have also talked with the Lunsford’s from Hampton. Supposedly, Paul Johnson is offering to put in a lot of money for Robinson or the Lunsford’s. I was told Joey is their first choice and then the Lunsford’s. I think they will both turn Avery down and the job will be given to coach Farmer that is already on staff. Avery has great facilities but would be a very hard place to turn around right now. I think Avery wants to win but I don’t know if the parents will allow there kids to be coached and pushed the way it would take to turn the program around. I just wanted other peoples thoughts.”

They called him once and told him the job was open, he didn,t apply, then they ask him to meet with them and talked him into putting his name in the hat, Not sure who they will hire but it won't be Lunsford. I'm sure it will either be Robinson or Farmer. Gonna take a culture change to right the ship.

Glad Michael Will still be a Bulldog, Its his home, played there and coached. They would have had to make a HUGE offer to get him to leave.GOOOOOOOOOOOOOBULLDOGSSSSSSSSSSS

I wouldn’t think he would leave. It will take a lot to change things up there. If you are Robinson why would you leave Mountain Heritage for Avery.

I sure wouldn't but you never know. Why jump off a ship thats working great to jump on one that just might sink. I don't see it. Might be Farmer,think he is well likes at Avery.
