Because Tennessee has the problem with the "Gool ol boy system". The hometown guy always gets the jobs. Its a shame, but theres not many big splash hires up here. Same teams are always bad.

Nobody actually cares about winning at schools that do this repeatedly.

It appears as if the parents and alumni need to hold both the principal and school board accountable for their actions or lack there of

Not sure how you can hold the principal responsible when the County has been consistent in making the schools fend for themselves, which limits their options when they actually do have an opening

If you place enough pressure on the principal (consistently calling, emailing, letters, etc…) and the school board at the same time they will both do whatever it takes to get people off of their backside!  With that being said it must be a concerted effort of around 100+ people doing this all of the time.  There is one thing that both educators and politicians don’t like and that is negative publicity.

In which case, they will only do the absolute minimal to keep them quiet. Until the commitment is made county wide, what the individual schools do is irrelevant

There is NO ONE in that building that is qualified to be the HC.  Most of last years staff went to Dickson with Tomlinson.

Well it is a Clarksville school. So if your a teacher in the school already and coach you’ll prob get the job. Other then one or two schools in Clarksville, they don’t really care about sports. Heck Clarksville only has basketball in the middle school and the other sports are league sports until high school.
