Having to guard Edie will be good for our girls. The Glisson kid I don’t think is 100% after her knee injury last year. They are my sleeper to win it all. Jo Byrns I haven’t seen as well as a lot of others. Clarkrange amd Pickett County seem to have reloaded well too.

Lakeway Christian (Morristown) & CAK are the top 2 in D2-A East.

I think Gleason is better than Greenfield, and they will continue to get better. You would think Greenfield will be ready by tournament time? I think Darby is at least at 80 percent, and they had to go into overtime at home vs Trenton?

I knew putting Westmoreland at 5 may be hard for some to believe based on their record.  I just think they have better wins and a lot of fairly close losses to some great teams.

Westmoreland does NOT have a bad loss.   Those are VERY good teams.   They played Loretto within 7pts!  Nobody else has been able to get within single digits so that should tell you they belong in top 5.  I have said many times that that Westmoreland coach is one of the best young coaches in the state.  Best half court defensive team I have seen.  You will see a lot of teams scoring less than 30 vs that team.  I may even put them at 3/4.  But TBH I just haven’t seen Westview play this year.  
 

Loretto vs GC would be a great game.  KW is clearly the best player but overall I think GC has the better team.   Not sure who would win that battle.  But I wouldn’t think twice about paying for that ticket.   I hope I get to see that match in the glass house.

I am not usually a fan of Lownsdales polls but I will credit where credit is due.  The polls this year were not as biased as previous polls.  Still some favoritism shown but the top teams are there in the rankings.  Only one that was really a bad take was Cane Ridge as a contender!    Unless they are missing a lot of players that isn’t even close….
