Why wouldnt they wrestle this weekend?

I have absolutely no knowledge or information that they wouldn't but I know Terrell was out at Bradley due to an Injury and they way the Covid/Flu  stuff seems to be ramping up again and hitting Teams I was just clarifying that's who I liked assuming that they were going;   That in no way was meant to be a back handed  comment indicating they wouldn't wrestle.

Scratch that.  Track had the names reversed. Seng wins which makes more sense.  Should be good one with Bryson in finals.

Let’s keep in mind that there is a major difference between a solid wrestler and a great wrestler.  With that being said everyone has their individual opinions as to what makes a great vs solid wrestler.  At some schools if a kid is not nationally ranked they are just a solid high school wrestler where other people may feel that if a kid qualifies for the state tournament they are a great wrestler.

Mater Dei must have a solid team from top to bottom as everyone of their wrestlers have at a minimum placed in the GP West Invitational!

They are a very good team as they won the tournament running away which included some good TN teams. Would have loved to have watched the Terrell versus Seng match.

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
