Coach Brimer was a very good man! He taught more then X's an O's and single legs. He taught character which is the most important thing a coach can teach.

Here isa good article about the scrimmage.  Sounds like the Devils need to do some gelling when it comes to putting it all together and looked solid in 1 on 1's.  Greeneville's leading tackler didn't play in Dickson who could be out until week 2.

Well it looks like Greeneville is set to win another state Championship! Knox News has predicted the Devil's to take it all again. I was hoping the Mavs would get one in this year. Guess I will have to wait until next year. Congratulations Greeneville, ahead of time.

Mav, you were so awesome in your posts until now. I’m not sure most Devil fans think we will be in the finals this year. You have declared as a homie the mavs win it all. So what if the press think otherwise. Personally I think you are the best shot to be in the finals.

Well I thought I would admit it now instead of wait for the end. Lol. Well I hope Knox News is wrong. I was thinking Greeneville would be a slow start this year but it sounds like Knox News has some inside information. Maybe it will fire the Mavs up. Especially after the Powell prediction.

They don't need to. We have a good team but anyone that says it won't be a tough season is lying. Same for Greeneville. If I'm being 100% honest I don't see us or Greeneville repping the east in the finals. Mavs have the most realistic shot. EHS and GHS will be in the mix bur not nearly as dominant as previous years
