I thought Carter was Alcoa's feeder system, did they quit running the bus over there when diesel hit $5.39.

How would one kid have a legit change of address and not the other family member?

Gary was the bus driver now it's to far to drive from Chattanooga to Knoxville then Alcoa two times a day so new bus route will be more focused on Chattanooga to Boyd Buchanan.

Several "creative" ways of making that happen, especially where it involves divorced/separated/unmarried parents living apart.

Unless it's a new divorce or separation, that wouldn't qualify as a change of address under the rules unless it was a court-ordered change of custody. Even then, the principal of the previous school has to verify.
