oceansize42
Looking at the matchups in Single A I don't feel that Greeneville is a shoe in. There is definitely some comparisons to be made to DB's team last year. Clint and Tre Morrisette, Jackson Hurst, and Brennan Watkins as the big four. Whitley was their fifth. Greeneville has an even more impressive big four that likely go undefeated in Mason, Cannedy, and the Dupill brothers. Leandre is their fifth. Going to be interesting to see how their role players react. I think Fairview, likely in the semis, and PF (only if they make the finals) in particular could cause problematic matchups. DB also ran into Cleveland, who put 8 or 9 (I can't remember the exact number) in the finals themselves.... I get your argument, but think Greeneville may have more in common with Cleveland in that comparison than D.B. Outside of their big 4, they do have a couple of other guys that could make the finals in A.

Halls won six matches, and all six were by pin. Edited February 1, 2022 by oceansize42
JSamson7
Does anyone know if the duals are double elimination or will it be like last year when teams lost in the 1st round and couldn't come back through the consolations? But the last time they wrestled Summit was without a 106, Leach and Justice. It will be a very good match. Bradley also did not have Wyatt James at 120. It will be a good match but Bradley wins. I’ll give my prediction and say it ends 30-30 with Summit win on criteria. Last time out they both won 7 matches. This time I think it’s 8-6 Summit. I gave Summit a pin at 182, a dec at 106 and dec at Hwt. I think Summit's best kids at 20, 26 and 32 all get beat. James over Little by Maj Crisp over Leach or Masters by dec (honestly have no idea whats going on there) Lipsey will bump to 32 and beat Desselle by
