Lake county head coach position

I just heard that coach Quinn is leaving lake county going back home to Mississippi. Is there any truth to this? I was told that he informed the football team today.

Noooo! I hate to hear that.  I met with him last year and he seemed like a well-grounded coach.

Unattractive salaries will continue to haunt LC coaching. I mean who really wants to work hundreds of hours (if you do it right) for 5 grand? It’s unfortunate but a product of where we live. Until something economically happens we will never keep a good coach. Look who’s coached here in the past 25 years and their success rate after leaving…most have gone on to do well. Better days ahead

Should be a great chance for someone to come in and go 9 wins ,1 loss or 8-2 or at worse 7-3.Lots of talent coming back next several seasons.

Well hopefully with the current director of schools retiring this summer maybe we'll get a director that will reevaluate the coaching supplement for all sports. It's definitely something that should have been done years ago. I'll never believe the "we don't have the money" bs! That's not true at all. They spend money on things that aren't needed in my honest opinion

Dang, I really hate to hear this. Seemed like he had a good thing going on. Hopefully, the Falcons can find them another good one.

I sure hope so! Hope the A.D. and administration get this one right...
