Last night was as motivated as I've seen Powell all season long. If that team shows up on Friday, I don't think this one will be very close.

Only way I see Powell losing this one is if the weather is really nasty to slow their passing attack or coach Lowe tells them he's leaving for Catholic

It’s TN, either/both could happen.

Powell wins this one as long as they’re not looking forward to the following week.

Oak Ridge is gonna need to score more than 13 if they want to win this one.  I think the defending champs win this one going away by 28 points to advance.

Listening to the 99.1 radio guys coming back Friday night, they already have a Pal vs West matchup in the semifinals all locked up, with the winner the state champion. So, I guess the Wildcats don't even have a chance vs Mighty Pal.  But, I think they will show up and play anyway,

As much as I would love to see a Boone @ Oak Ridge matchup I think the 99.1 guys are correct

Give OR another year or so and they will get past this round, I don't know anything about Boone, but I know West is loaded and fast.

Hate to say it, but I like Powell in this one. Unless the Wildcats can muster some offense I don’t think this one is close. The OR D can keep it close for a bit but that O has got to find a way to put points on the board.
