Yeah, nice that it’ll be covered there but it’s a shame that shuts down local streaming groups that have gladly paid the $750 fee to live stream the prior three rounds.

FIrst things first, hats off to Coalfield on a great season. Those kids showed incredible heart fighting back from a 27 point deficit to nearly tie the game. Their coaches made great adjustments and moved the ball downfield better than any team has all year. Second, while our boys certainly had some uncharacteristic mistakes, they came up big with a goal line stand when it mattered, then we got a couple huge first downs to salt away the game! Definitely some things to fix before next week, but glad we found a way to finish the game. Anything can happen next week, and the game isn't won on paper! Lots of the Clay County faithful will be making the trip down Highway 111 to Finley Stadium next Friday. Super proud of this team!

      It’s not hearsay, just patently false. As one of those young coaches he apparently “ran off”, coach never once ridiculed or degraded anyone. Sure he challenged kids and coached them very hard,  but we have different definitions of you call that degrading. Coach Hammontree changed my life when he gave me the chance to work for him. I learned more about being a man and caring for the people around me in 4 years working for him than I did in 20 years of my life. No one sacrificed more than he did. I left Heritage because I felt there would never be the support necessary to help the program succeed. I’m tired of hearing people drag others down especially those they truly don’t know. Coach has moved on and a new coach is there. Just let the man live and root for the team.
