That is the details, yelling at kids and cussing on the field.  Gasp!  Wow.  Just ridiculous and pathetic.   Well, totally sucks for the kids having to go through a whole new hire.

I think you missed it again.But the main point is lets dont act like bad language is so bad when other coaches have done far worse.And  Liberty is another road you dont wanna go down.They hired and loved H.Freeze and his resume was a lot worse than somebody that uses bad language.And I think Liberty is a great school so no hate toward them but lets be real when it comes to sports.Liberty,AC and many more care more about winning than always doing the right thing or caring about morals.And to be fair I dont believe Oak Ridge got rid of Scott because they really cared about the bad language.Im not saying it is fact but it is looking more and more like Joe and some others just didnt like him and found a way to get rid of him.If Oak Ridge hires someone close to Joe than I think it confirms what he was going to do the day he took the AD job no matter what Scott did

Well l wonder if it matters that AD Gaddis was spotted eating with HVA HC Minor at Cracker Barrel a few days ago?

That coach has flirted with several good open jobs the last few years, but he  has never been able to pull the trigger and actually leave his home town.  

Don't doubt that he has interest,  but I will be surprised if he leaves this time, as well.

      HVA is a dump and will never be good at football. It's a baseball school. Look at the types of homes being built and families moving in. Not football families. People will move in and look at the school and choose to play for another program. This issue has been snow balling for a decade now

      You will not be able to replace Dozier he was a stud and wasted for years. Heyward started strong and then fell of but he will be missed still Rembert could fly and was also underused. Not being replaced. Track has started to close the gap with football. It does not help that the current AD is just stealing money(collecting his check) while the assistant AD is a XC/Track guy who always hated football. Current AD is too worried about not hurting anyone's feelings to do anything at all. Heck he is gotta be 70 plus and looks like a fool wearing kid shoes

      As I said somewhere earlier in the thread, the original plans had no outdoor athletic facilities being part of the campus.  The original plan was for HVA to use facilities at nearby schools.  Very late in the process they came up with a plan and found budget to have minimal facilities and crammed them in to space that never was intended for athletic facilities.
