so why make it in the first place...he and that big southern baptist learnin institution very likely collect 2 more W's this past season if that QB thats moved all over memphis hadnt skipped outta Eads.....7-4 looks lots better after that 9-2 season han 5-6....

Any updates on the Briarcrest coaching search? Would imagine they are taking some big swings to get a "wow" hire. Don't know if it will happen though. 

Also, any idea where Coach Stewart will land?

Stewart made a name for himself at a Church of Christ school, JCS, in Jackson, TN.  JCS would not of hired Billy Graham to be a janitor at their school.  At JCS if you are not an active member of the "Churches of Christ" then you are not considered for a job there, period.  However, coaches can leave JCS, get fired from several other schools, then land one of the highest paying high school head coaching jobs in the state at a BAPTIST school.

Something just ain't right about that.  

He was fired for cause and I'm glad.

Phil Massey has resigned at CCS in Chattanooga to take the Briarcrest job!

This makes me happy!  Glad Coach Massey is coming back to west Tn. Briarcrest is getting a good coach and a good man!
