Tygard ain't moving fur enough away.  Oakland will still beat his brains in.  It'll just be one game later.  And that is ONLY if he can build a team to beat Murvil.  Ol Mr Onsides kick.  what a joke.  Man is good at gettin' jobs but he ain't got much stick around in him apparently.

Well check the receipts he only moves on for a better job. And there will be no better job. Cleveland beat Maryville last year ppl act like that team is an NFL Caliber team but they aint they are always beatable, Secondly if someone came to you and said he is a step up the career ladder and double the pay, you think they should turn that down cuz"They aint been here long enough?" Stop making it seem like people are less than for doing something that any intelligent adult would do. And lastly in regards to @fooseball95 I agree, he is a great defensive coach but by not keeping him as a DC all in all says he will be gone. he's to respected and connected to drop down to a positions coach after being such a successful DC

Dude... You are as full of crap as a Christmas turkey. If he has the same success at Cleveland offensively as he did at Blackman he will be fine, Especially if the defensive side of the ball is matched. Blackman gave Oakland a good game until the last 8 minutes, when playing your best players on both sides of the ball finally wore out.  Lets put you in a grown up world for a minute and pretend you can double your pay for the same job, with potential bonuses, travel allowances and a blank check for needed/wanted equipment and facilities upgrades... or stay put and take less.... As a coach or an employee, you are worth what people are willing to pay.

That is definitely one way to look at it I suppose

Say's who? Riggs would have to pass a background check and Manes(Tynner DC) has said that he is not sure on wether or not he will be leaving(My buddy works at Tyner and has asked him several times) Why would he bring in a fully new staff when there are a ton of coaches who are already there and committed to the school.

Because he can. Tygard is much different from Wheeler, could just as easily ask why you would want to force him to keep coaches just bc they are already there.

In college, when a coaching change is made you clean house. Most of the time this doesn't apply to HS, but between salary and perks, Tygard basically has a college job.

just don't see the point as to getting rid of every single coach. I believe there are a few that should go but if you know Cleveland the reason they keep losing kids is cuz the coaches they know and the ones the parents trust keep leaving so they take their kids down the road to Bradley, and hate to say it you can't win games without athletes. So at some point you have to realize that kids care who's around.

Most of it boils down to philosophy. Coach Tygard is going to brand Cleveland as young fresh, new kind of football that comes at you very fast . Coaches that don't want to adapt, or want to do it their way, will get their chance down the road. At the end of the day parents are not loyal to a school or a coach, they are loyal to putting their student athlete in the best position to showcase his/her talents. Tygard will absolutely steal players away from Bradley. They don't seem to promote their kids nearly that much and Tygard has a ton of relationships with coaches and recruiters alike.

He ridiculed players and degraded repeatedly. He ran off some good young coaches that loved Heritage but couldn’t work for him. I do know what I’m talking about and it’s not hearsay, I lived it.
    • HVA is a dump and will never be good at football. It's a baseball school. Look at the types of homes being built and families moving in. Not football families. People will move in and look at the school and choose to play for another program. This issue has been snow balling for a decade now
    • Also no shot at an indoor facility it took ya'll almost a decade just to turf blankenship
    • You will not be able to replace Dozier he was a stud and wasted for years. Heyward started strong and then fell of but he will be missed still Rembert could fly and was also underused. Not being replaced. Track has started to close the gap with football. It does not help that the current AD is just stealing money(collecting his check) while the assistant AD is a XC/Track guy who always hated football. Current AD is too worried about not hurting anyone's feelings to do anything at all. Heck he is gotta be 70 plus and looks like a fool wearing kid shoes
