Mahalo MM76.....was a great run Coach Adams and the boys..... and a most excitin environment to be in....was a beautimus day to drive up to the plattoe for the contest...

....not bein able to balance the action in the paint up under the net made it a very challenge task.....GP smoked the Irish on the rebound %....at the break GP coaches decide they would drive to the net until the refs called charges or the Irish would put a body in the way with arms crossed.....which the Irish never did......losin the Cole kid for most all of 2nd half absolutely didnt help....

Booger was present a few years back on that plattoe for a FB Gold Ball contest and got throttled......which was not the case this past weekend for the hoops Gold Ball contest........said the same thing as Booger was departin the venue.....Booger would take that 1st loser title  and environment every year..

.....and yes MM76....that West kid from what Booger has at least lain witness too...should be Mr BB

Atmosphere was excellent for sure. Cookeville does not have the hotel space to host the D1 extravaganza, but it is perfect for the D2 three days. Great venue and MUCH better parking situation than they had at Lipscomb.

Other than the Webb girls contests the games were all fiercely contested. Everything ran very smoothly.

Unlike others, I am not afraid to tell TSSAA great job on the event.

Now back to the circus that is D2 Football.

Reynolds was asleep at the wheel at East. When CCS has to move up to AAA next cycle he'll either retire or go somewhere else. Boyd should handle CCS for years to come.

Boyd should figure out a way to end their losing streak against Silverdale before they start worrying about CCS…

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
