Rough start to the season in the cold weather against some tough competition for McNairy but finished strong yesterday at Gulf Shores in the Gulf Coast Classic II. Played four games yesterday & finished in top four of 25 teams at 3-1. Eliminated by tough Curry High of Jasper, Alabama, 6-4, after earlier clipping a tough Fairhope, Al squad 3-2. McNairy record currently 5-5

Huntingdon, Westview, and camden should do really well in 2A.

South Gibson should be up there too.  Dyer co lost 6 or 7 seniors from last year and I think they are starting 3 or 4 freshman. They starting to play better but they will take their fair share of bumps.

Henry County is legit good. We played them tonight. They have speed and can put the ball out of the park. Solid pitching and defense.
