Based upon what you said, I hope our quarterback club quits spending so much money on bud light and cornhole boards and starts saving money to hire a good coach. Every Friday in the fall they get on the radio and tell us that the smoky bear quarterback club is dedicated to keeping the winning tradition of smoky bear football alive. Not much of a tradition when you lose to heritage and newport.

3 years max. He took a team that was loaded with talent and turned them into a middle of the road at best team last season. He left Furman and they went further than they did when he was there. He's lost many key players to the portal. He was a great high school coach but hasn't proven to be able to get it done. ETSU was a team that could have gone been a double digit win team with their roster alone but we wound up dropping games to teams that shouldn't have been able to compete. He came in to a situation(playoff exit to eventual national champs) and roster most coaches would kill to have and he squandered it.
