Not sure when you have ever seen #2 dominate vs a good team.  He is big and should be dominate but I have yet to witness it at least against the good teams.  #22 and #13 were bigger threats than #2.  Solid season be interesting to see what the future holds.

Lol #2 is a mismatch whenever they get him the ball. His freakish athleticism at 6’6” 245 lbs is easy to see for anyone. While 22 is good and 13 had a better than expected year they don’t strike fear in coaches like 2.

Hope he stays at DCA. I think he would do well as a running back. He can always end up in college as a TE  or even a tackle. He should play in HS where he impacts the game the most. JMO.

Word in the community circles is a lot of smoke…..

You know the old saying....

The definition of stupidity/insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Pure comedy over there if that is the case.

We at the reservation are attempting to work with the Cats with the annexation of Civitan.   2025 could be the year of partnership.

There is more politics at DCA than in the bubble of Washington, DC.  Everyone has an opinion and few if any with an opinion have ever played football at the college level, yet they are all experts.

Playing a sport at the college level has nothing to do if you can coach or win in  football or any other sport.

Agree on the swamp in Donelson.   Might as well have Fauchi down there as school nurse or the athletic trainer.

Playing football at the collegiate level has more to do with perspective than anything!  No, it has nothing to do with the fact that someone may or may not be able to coach high school athletes, but it does guarantee that you have been exposed to ideas and philosophies that most others wouldn't understand.  IMO, anything other than winning a state championship (not extremely difficult in Tennessee with 9 divisions) is not acceptable.  Is that a hardcore philosophy, yes it absolutely is!  As an athletic director would I terminate a coach for not winning a state championship absolutely not.  However, I would terminate a coach for having a history of not going deep in the playoffs most every season.

Any midseason update for hoops on the Mildcats?    No word from the Sheriff this season.  White Horse hasnt made a game either.   They could probably rent out the new Bargatze court for funerals since the new Mecca is as quiet as funeral home, and there hasnt been a dunk there in a decade +.

Based off results, it screams they are pretty average. Have beaten some teams. Lost to the bigger schools they have played and not in a very close manner.

Goodpasture comes around soon I believe on the schedule.   Hopefully, they dont break the rims or the backboard at Bargatze court.

Maybe there'll be a Putt-putt Fundraiser in the house Nate built to finish off another early exit for the Wildcat Round ball teams here in a month or so. But hey, there's always next year. And the year after that, and so on and.... makes me think of a song I heard once.
