New classifications and alignments

If 4 classes is too much for basketball, 6 is too much for football.

It should be 3 classes across the board. There is more schools that plays basketball than football.

I don't really care if it's 3 or 4 classifications, I just wish all sports were the same. Having 4 classes for basketball and 6 classes for football hurts HS rivalries and IMO it's about the students and the HS experience. 

Example - the "Battle of Franklin" (Franklin vs. Centennial) is a disrtrict game in basketball but a non-district game in football. IMO, that's a terrible oversight by the powers that be. That game (and numerous others like it) should be for not only bragging rights, but for district standing.

At the end of the day, it'll probably never change because of the $$$ generated w/more classes, esp in football.

I do not understand the reasoning for having to put the same number of schools in each class.  I like what football did, when they had the power 32 class,     what is 4a, 1150-2900 students?

How many more? Not that many..

There are some schools like some of the magnet schools that co-op but that is about it.
