Apparently it means a guy that wears shirts that are too small for him, so that their muscles show off more. That’s from the “Urban Dictionary”, so I guess consider the source.

As far as I know, the game is still on. I don’t know why everyone is canceling, to be honest. I think it’s a follow the leader type thing, when one does it, everyone else does it too type thing. East Tennessee (for the most part) looks pretty clear as far as rain goes at about 5 pm.

I agree SS. This tropical depression is supposed to be out of the area by 4 or 5pm.

It’s policy for Knox County to postpone games if school isn’t in session that day.  That’s the only reason Maryville is postponed until tomorrow morning.

The school boards of both schools left it up to the discretion of the schools as to whether to hold the game or not.
