A couple years ago it seemed Community was getting more competitive, now things have gone downhill. New coach, lack of interest, or lots of things leading to it?

Same coach. Lack of interest. Key players transferred. Administration's indifference gets most of blame from rest of community.

    • I could give 2 craps what bpm does or did. I'll defend my program anyway i see fit. And you calling them cheaters and talking about an asterisk etc. Doesnt make you any better. Im just stooping to youre level piss patriot. Thing is, nobody has called you out except me, and i will continue to do so. You demean my team, then I'll demean you. I'm willing to have a cordial conversation about the game when you get off the 3a jealousy crap.  Until then, standby to standby.🫡
    • Biggest difference this time around is Oakland more balanced than they have been in recent years. They can't  dominate at the LOS like alot of Oakland teams can but Tutt, Bandy, and Morris make for a scary combo. To his credit, Kyler Creasy has proven to be an effective QB up to this point when given time in the pocket, that will be put to the test against a good MJ defense.  It is perplexing how MJ can be so inconsistent on offense. They def have the pieces to score on anyone. It'll be an interesting matchup with an Oakland defense that looks to be playing better every week
    • Yeah when Mac left for North Carolina, that was the key turning point for Ooltewah. Scott Chandler looked like he would keep it going by going 9-3 his first year to 4-6 when he stepped down 3 years later. Ever since they have just not recovered. I think East Hamilton opening hurt them and even Tyner has taken some of their athletes they use to get. Plus the private schools get their fair share out of that area too.    I think Soddy will take a step back next year. They graduate a lot of seniors and seniors that played key roles in their success this year. I still think they challenge for 4th but I don’t see them being a region contender year in and year out.
    • From my point of view, I feel like LC knows who they are. When they had talent to compete in 5A, they were pretty decent but most years they don't and I doubt Marston would have made it this long at LC if they felt differently. Loretto and Summertown's history not much different and it's definitely alot easier to win in 2A than 5A. Same also applies to other sports
