Loretto has made some great progress in the last couple of seasons, but they ain't ready for this.

I’ve got a feeling there are some hard feelings about last May that will come out on Friday night. This ain’t baseball or girls volleyball. Huntingdon takes it out on Loretto.

Region 6 sweep. Stangs are too much, our game might’ve helped out a little to give some resistance going into the playoffs. Ultimately the ground and pound wore Trenton down later in the game. Good luck in the postseason

Was a very good game Thursday. It’s a shame the way the regions are set up that Trenton (and adamsville) aren’t playoff teams this year

I agree. The fact there’s 1-9 2-8 3-7 teams blows my mind. We were 4-6 and think Adamsville was 5-5 but Trenton played JCS USJ MASE in non conference games and all 3 won their region, pretty good schedule to go through with a hard district. That’s how it crumbles I guess. Trenton was young so having good games will only help

There being two regions in Memphis in 2A is ridiculous IMO. And then the elephant in the room about playing in the correct classification… but we will leave that in the other thread!!

Fairley should have it easy till the 4th round. Adamsville, Trenton, I’d even throw Camden in to win games in that side. I don’t agree at all with that being the case. If I’m correct fairley is the only team in the 2A bracket with a round 1 bye

I agree but on the other hand isn't it great to be in a region with the kind of competition we face every week. Region 6 is football country. These other regions couldn't survive over here. You advance out of region 6 you got something to be proud of!

Interesting I didn’t know that they had 2 regions. How many teams in each ?  Could it be that they can’t afford to travel out of Memphis ? It’s a good haul to anything outside of Memphis to another 2a school
