From play 1 the wildcats poured it on we dominated up front on both sides of the ball

Play 1 is an interesting choice.  Not play 3 or 17 or 50.  Just right away.  Hmmmm.  This is deep.

Smith county had negative yards in the first half and no first downs until the 4th quarter.  Monterey scored on every possession and had approx 300 yards in the first half.

It was a dominant performance on the line.  WILDCAT referred to Play 1 because they scored on a 70+ yard run.

The wildcats can run the ball & they can stop the run-starting on play 1. However, their pass defense is awful. Should be a career night for Bell & #18-this is the game for the Hail Mary-90% chance that the prayer gets answered every time the ball is in the air…

In my opinion Monterey has one of the best coaching staff's in 2a our defense will adjust to the pass our players believe they can win and stop the pass cause they know our d line is going to pressure the qb and he won't have time to make good reads

Monterey will be a tough out. Seems they’ve gotten better as the year goes on
