Polk County @ Happy Valley

Polk makes the near 4 hour trip up to Carter County.  It would be really nice for this bunch of Warriors to get a playoff win. We are mostly a Junior driven team so it would be some wonderful momentum for next year. Won't be easy though, I'd say we are a solid 1 score underdog maybe 2. We lost in this game last year to Oneida and that weighs on the kids a little. I think Polk will get our best. Really looking forward to Friday Night!

Polk is a very hard nosed physical team. They ain’t fancy but what they do offensively they do really really good.

What's their kicking game like Spike ? I'm really worried about that for us. We do good to get the kickoff to the 30. That's gonna bite us against a good team. Do they go for 2 or kick the PAT?

They are HUGE, QB would make a good lineman.

He is a big ole boy lol. We are gonna have to be aggressive and "go for it" so to speak. Need to jump on these guys early to have a chance.

Think its an uphill battle but not out of the question. Jarett will have you prepared the best he can.Great season either way it goes.

I know they kick XPs but I can’t remember how the kickoffs were. I’ll be honest with you. I think this Polk Co. team wants another shot at York in round 2. They are gonna be focused and ready to go. It’s gonna be a tough one.

They played York tough,just had a really hard time running the ball.
