3A Round Two Matchups & Cal—-preps projected scores

So, I looked at the second round playoff games in 3A and wondered how they might turn out. I used Cal-preps to project a score in each game. Here are the results. Y’all look it over and tell me if you think it’s accurate or not.

There are only two games where the spread is projected to be 7 points or less.

Yep. Couldn’t get Massey to work today, so Cal-preps is a similar site.

I predicted:

Unicoi 22 GP 21

Alcoa 55 AE 6

Giles 31 Meigs 21

Sequatchie Co 42 Chatt Central 14

East Nash 35  Sycamore 0

WHH 34 Liberty Creek 30

Westview 48 Dyersburg 28 

Covington 56 Bolivar 8

 

With that said I think GP could easily win if they play a complete game and limit mistakes, Meigs is a good program that could pull it off as well, and Liberty Creek will be tough to stop for WHH, that game might come down to who has the ball last. Every other game I do not see being really close, Dyersburg might play Westview a little closer if some of the injury news from over there is true, but I still see them winning that game.

I’m pretty sure GP won the first matchup by 3 or 4 scores but it was at GP I think

They did win 34-13 at GP.  That was also right after floods had ripped through Unicoi County so don’t know prepared Unicoi could actually be mentally or Physically
