Good morning all! Great game - had to listen from West TN. Oakland just being Oakland.

Kept an eye on the Ravenwood game, I am worried about a repeat of last year this coming week. I hope not.

As for Maryville they left their hearts on the field last night, that Will Jones is a Dawg, coach Hunt is a beast at coaching, I knew that game was going to be a blowout and Maryville said not tonight we're tired of getting bully by Oakland. What a game and it's sad somebody had to lose 

They are definitely not easy on the old ticker. We're gonna need that luck against a Houston team that is probably the favorite going into that game.

Could have played this game 9 more times and I don't think the margin of victory really changes that much no matter who wins. Casual observers still think this is 2018-2022 Oakland and the truth is Oakland will never have a run of dominance like that again.

Also feels like Maryville has adapted their philosophy to better prepare themselves against Oakland or teams like them. Not alot of smoke and mirrors with their offense either, what you see is what you get

Hard to compete with the friendly confines of a heated home. 10 years ago, we were just happy to be there against the Rebels

Maybe we can play in that fancy dome the Tite-Ins are having built

It's cliché, but just happy for them to be here at this point. The season could have gone sideways at any time but these kids just don't quit. All I'm asking for is clear skies Saturday Night

Plus there are 6 High Schools in the Murfreesboro city limits that play football. There are an additional 5 in Rutherford county. I know they're all finished, but it still means fewer fans per school.

Me and my crew were the first ones there in 2014. Watched them unlock the gate. Then a few years back I roll up and the gate was wide open. We just walked in and no one scanned our phones. The best was during the "covid" year. Right at the conclusion of the national anthem I look down behind me, from my seat on the back row, and about 40 Oakland students are vaulting the fence to get in since tix were limited. Luckily none of them were carrying any clear bags.

Yep, they were running out from behind the trees. Perfect timing at the very end of the national anthem.

😂 omg they could’ve just walked through the indoor, entrance people didn’t care that much back then especially during Covid
