Injured, he had surgery but they didn’t rule him out completely, there’s a possibility he comes back in the next two weeks??? when you look at Oakland’s only loss, they played the 2nd half of the Ravenwood game without their 2 best offfensive players and still managed to take that game to overtime. A testament to their never ending talent that awaits in the bench.

That's what i haven't figured out about Alcoa every year they have 6 to 7 guys going both ways and the talent that just sitting the bench turns around and win state the very next season. That method works for them they're going to win state regardless but makes me think how much better could they be if they had players fresh for offense and defense

Most years, Oakland subs a pretty good bit but don't have the depth to do that this year. Watch a game the past few 3-4 weeks and you'll see that outside of a few subs at skill positions and one at DT, not alot of substitution going on. Difference is Oakland really only has 2 that are going both ways, at least as starters

Toot's on Broad is always a good option. Idk what their hours are for Black Friday but Jeff's and Kleer-Vu are top tier Meat & 3. Slick Pig is probably best BBQ in town. Jack Brown's is a great burger spot (haven't been to the one in Murfreesboro but the one in Nashville is great). Buster's is another great burger spot. Texas Roadhouse, McAllister's Deli, The Chop House.

Most of those restaurants listed above are no more than 10-15 minutes from Oakland, pending traffic.
