I very seriously doubt either team has seen as good as they’re going to see Friday, from the respective offenses and defenses of the other team. I can pretty much guarantee Page hasn’t played an offense near the caliber of SC, and vice versa with SC and the Page defense. The SC QB and wideouts are special, and they’re very deep at that position too, and can hurt you anywhere on the field.

The key will be for Page to get a lot of pressure on the SC QB, if not he has the ability to pick a defense apart. And he is very mobile, so he’s very adept at being outside of the pocket. That was something we (OR) couldn’t do, and he burned us because of it. I’m sure Page will do a much better job at that than we did.

that page pass rush is something serious. I think the page defense will prove defense wins championships.

Page only graduated 3 kids from their defense last year...a corner, linebacker, and interior d lineman.  Anyone that saw the game against West would know their returning defense this year would be legit.  I think West had 185 yards of offense in that game.  Made Page's decision to go for it on 4th and short in the first half while up 7-0 a head scratcher.

Anyone know how big Sevier County's D line is?  I haven't seen a D line with the size to match up with Page's O line in these playoffs yet.  This has eventually worn down every team they have faced so far.

There are some Sevier County games available to watch on YouTube. That should give you some idea of their size.

Watched the Oak Ridge game...tough to tell as they didn't run the ball a whole lot.

Also, will be a pretty good challenge for Page's secondary if they have time to throw some deep shots.

Excited to see this one in person!

Sevier County has a very good team and not enough credit here to their offensive line, great size, and do a great job of protecting the quarterback, giving him a clean pocket. OR was only able to flush him a couple of times and no sacks I recall. The onside kick was a gutsy call because it gave SC the opportunity for a two score lead and kept OR from responding with a score to go back ahead late in the game. I don' t know much about Page, except their defense must be very good and I suspect they have athletes. I remember them playing West tough last year

The defense is big and fast, usually puts them in some favorable field position.  Offense will spread you out... is run first, and will try to hit some screens, has a pretty solid heavy package once they get close to the end zone.   Graduated starting QB, two receivers, and starting RB from last season.  I have also never enjoyed watching a punter as much as I do at Page games.  That kid hits them above the lights.  Had a 77 and 78 yard punt this postseason, and has changed the momentum several times

The Page punter is definitely a weapon.
